Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return; items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Custom or engraved items are generally non‑returnable unless faulty, in line with our Terms of Service.
To start a return, email hello@boundrings.co.uk; if approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
