Re-sizing Programme

Some of our rings are made from extremely durable materials that cannot be resized once manufactured. These include tungsten, titanium, stainless steel (all types), and zirconium. To make ordering with confidence easier—especially as finger sizes can change over time—we offer our Re-sizing programme.

What the Re-sizing programme offers

If your ring no longer fits in the future, you can purchase a replacement ring in the correct size and receive a 50% discount on the replacement ring (once per ring).

  • Discount: 50% off the replacement ring price

  • Validity: lifetime (no expiry)

  • Use limit: once per ring, defined by the original order number

  • Style: same design only (size change only)

Who it applies to

The Re-sizing programme applies to rings made from:

  • Tungsten

  • Titanium

  • Stainless steel (all types)

  • Zirconium

This programme is intended for genuine finger size changes over time and sizing needs that arise from normal wear and life changes.

How to use it

  1. Email us at hello@boundrings.co.uk with:

    • Your original order number

    • The ring name/design

    • The new size you need

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a 50% off code or checkout link for your replacement ring.

  3. Place your replacement order for the same design in your new size.

Replacement ring details

  • The replacement must be the same design as originally purchased (size changes only).

  • The original ring does not need to be returned.

  • UK shipping for the replacement ring is free.

  • If the replacement is shipped outside the UK, international shipping charges will apply at checkout (and any local duties/taxes remain the customer’s responsibility).

Engraving

Engraved rings are eligible for the Re-sizing programme.

  • The 50% discount applies to the replacement ring.

  • If you choose to engrave the replacement ring, the engraving fee is charged again at full price.

Exclusions

The Re-sizing programme does not apply to:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Requests that cannot be matched to a valid original order number

  • Requests to change to a different design, finish, width, or material (this programme covers size changes only)

Fair use

This programme is offered as a one-time courtesy to make long-term sizing changes less stressful. We reserve the right to refuse requests that appear to be misuse or that fall outside the terms above.
